mb_substr_count — Count the number of substring occurrences

mb_substr_count ( string $haystack , string $needle [, string $encoding = mb_internal_encoding() ] ) : int

Counts the number of times the needle substring occurs in the haystack string.

haystack: The string being checked.
needle: The string being found.
encoding: Parametrul encoding reprezintă codificarea caracterelor. Dacă el este omis, va fi utilizată valoarea internă a codificării caracterelor.
